The return policy depends on your selected purchasing option.

For products with OneRate

If you lease your printer with OneRate, we offer you a full service. If your product is not working as it should, please call Customer Service and book a service call. Our professional remote and also nationwide field service technicians will check your printer and if you need to get a new one, we will organise a replacement for you.

For products purchased outright:

If you purchase a product, you can only return it if it is broken on arrival. In this situation, please contact our Customer Support team to plan the next steps. Once contacted, they will collect your device and arrange an exchange with a new or refurbished device. When returning a broken printer, it must be returned in its original packaging.
